HowToImg service terms, AI generation, purchased credits, renewals and support.
Operator and scope
HowToImg is operated by Aethalis Inc. Contact support@howtoimg.com. These terms describe the service offered at howtoimg.com. Existing orders retain their recorded purchase terms; a website update does not erase earlier paid rights.
Accounts and your material
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Submit only material you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful content, non-consensual impersonation, privacy violations or bypassing safeguards.
AI generation
Available models, controls and quotes are shown in the workspace. A model listed on a marketing page does not guarantee that its generation service is enabled. Review the prompt, reference media and credit quote before confirming. Confirmed requests send the necessary inputs to fal for processing. Results may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for your intended use. Commercial use depends on the selected model's terms and rights in your inputs; we do not promise a universal commercial license or a success-rate SLA.
Payments and credits
An offered checkout shows the amount, currency and billing period before payment. Stripe processes payment details; HowToImg does not store full card numbers. Monthly subscriptions grant the paid monthly allowance. Annual subscriptions are paid yearly but grant credits monthly; each monthly allowance expires and does not roll over. Credit packs expire 12 calendar months after their paid start. Generation costs depend on the selected settings and are separate from the purchase price of credits.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal prevents future charges and normally retains the already-paid term. Refunds require separate review under our refund policy. Approved adjustments apply to the affected purchase only. Later paid orders and unrelated credits are handled separately. A failed generation returns its reserved credits once, subject to the original source and expiry; it does not automatically refund cash.
Changes and support
Availability and future offers may change; completed orders keep their saved terms. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. For account, payment or service concerns, use contact and support. See our privacy notice and cookie notice.
