Help us identify the issue
For a payment or refund, include your purchase account email, order/payment reference and date. For a generation issue, include the task reference, selected model and a description of the problem. For privacy requests, explain the account or record involved. Send only information needed for the request; never send passwords, API keys or full card numbers.

Opening an email link prepares a message in your email application; it does not send a request automatically. Requests need review. We do not promise a fixed response time or claim delivery has been verified for a message you have not sent.
