Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last updated: March 19, 2026
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, send us a complete notice.
1. Submitting a Copyright Notice
- Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identify the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, such as URLs, screenshots, user identifiers, or task identifiers.
- Include your name, company if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why you believe it was removed in error, and include your contact information, consent to the applicable legal process, and your signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or repeatedly abuse the notice-and-takedown process.
4. Trademark, Publicity, and Other Rights
This policy also supports complaints involving trademarks, rights of publicity, impersonation, and other rights violations. Include the same level of detail needed for us to evaluate the claim.
