Content Policy

1. Prohibited Content

• Child sexual content, sexual exploitation, or grooming-related material.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized depictions of real people without consent, or explicit sexual content involving minors or age ambiguity.
• Extremist, terrorist, or organized-crime propaganda or instructions.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, blackmail, or material that facilitates violence or self-harm.
• Content that is illegal where it is created, uploaded, or used.

2. Deception, Identity, and Sensitive Uses

• Do not impersonate real people or create deceptive deepfakes likely to mislead others about identity, events, endorsements, evidence, or public records.
• Do not create forged documents, fraudulent product evidence, government IDs, medical records, legal evidence, or financial fraud material.
• Do not use the service for biometric evasion, surveillance abuse, or other high-risk harm.

3. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights

• Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade dress, publicity, or privacy rights.
• If you use logos, packaging, character likenesses, or branded product imagery, you must have the rights needed for that use.

4. Safety Filters and Platform Integrity

• Do not try to bypass safety controls, moderation workflows, rate limits, or payment protections.
• Do not use the service to run abusive automation, spam, or large-scale scraping against our platform.

5. Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove outputs, limit visibility, refund or revoke credits, suspend features, or terminate accounts if content or behavior violates this policy, our Terms, law, or partner requirements.

6. Reports and Appeals

Users can report content and may appeal certain enforcement actions through the product. We may request additional context or evidence before making a final decision.
